- Hardware products are based on the Rate of Exchange and are only valid for 5 working days.
- Payment terms are within 7 days of the service or equipment is provided or delivered to the customer.
- A cancellation fee will apply for monthly services terminated during the term. Once-off cancellation costs will be charged at 50%.
- The quotation is valid for 7 days.
- Katiah Technologies reserves the right to decline a solution proposed if senior management identifies risk or inconsistency within the proposal.
- All proposals once signed are deemed to be approved and thereby constitute a valid contract.
- Katiah Technologies cannot be held responsible for downtime occurred when a non-redundant, not best practice or single point of failure services are taken.
- All products sold are not guaranteed to have 100% effective security measures. Unless specifically a security product or sold as secure (in writing) alternative provider. it is the customer’s responsibility to secure the environment either through the assistance of Katiah or an alternative provider.
- Voice minutes are based on utilization from the customer. Katiah cannot be held responsible for large call volumes based on abuse or no limit stipulated for max calls made to avoid large call volumes.
- It is the responsibility of the client to receive consent from the landlord of the premises to install Fibre connectivity into the premises, should Katiah be required to assist this will be at an additional cost not displayed in the above proposal.
- Lead times for Fibre installations are 90 working days from Landlord consent.
- Lead times for Microwave installations are 45 working days from the Landlord's consent.
- Fibre products include utilization and monitoring metrics however Netflow statistics are excluded.
- Katiah Technologies cannot be held accountable for overutilization of any last-mile link or internet service.
- Katiah Technologies cannot be held accountable for the loss of business or revenue if only a single or non-redundant last-mile connection is purchased.
- All last-mile links have an average 8-hour resolution time. Certain scenarios may have a more severe impact and may take longer resolution time.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that required ports and outbound rules are requested to be blocked for Hosted Firewall services.
- Fibre is billed from the day Katiah configures the router and fibre and deems the service as live.
- Desktop feasibilities are conducted for fibre links and are subject to change once the order is submitted due to limited provider coverage.
- The quote is subject to change if additional scope of work is added to the quote.
